These terms govern your use of offbrain.ai, operated by Offbrain Research, LLC. By creating a workspace or taking part in a study, you agree to them.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. Workspaces are governed by role — super admin, client admin, and member — and access follows the permissions assigned to your role.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the service, attempt to bypass access controls, or disrupt it.
• Do not upload content you lack the rights or consent to share.
• Respect participant consent and the data-use terms shown in each study.

Creators and research participation

Study briefs state expected time, recording use, data policy, and payout terms before you accept. Payment for completed, validated participation is issued according to the terms shown for that study.

Intellectual property

Offbrain retains all rights to the platform, its software, and its branding. You retain rights to content you own; by submitting it you grant Offbrain the licenses needed to operate the service and deliver study results.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Offbrain is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above, and continued use means you accept the revised terms.
